What GrantBuddy is

GrantBuddy is a free, ad-supported grant and government-funding finder. You search live federal and state opportunities, see a ranked list with a plain-English why, and follow the funder's own link. We never stand between you and the application. Searching, browsing by state, and seeing every ranked result is free — no account and no card.

What GrantBuddy is not

The homepage is a search engine for grant money, nothing more. Matches are ranked by real signals (title hits, agency match, deadline) as Strong / Possible / Stretch, never a made-up percentage. A missing deadline or amount shows as missing, never guessed. Getting matched does not write a proposal and does not promise funding.

Applying

You apply on the source — Grants.gov, SBIR.gov, SAM.gov, or the state portal. Open results may offer a Begin application path that signs you into a workspace if you want writing help. Closed listings are labeled Closed and do not offer that path.

Advertising

Ads pay for the public finder, the same way a search engine does. No subscription funds the public search pages. If a disclosure is needed to keep a claim from being misleading, it belongs next to that claim, not only on this page.
